Decent hotel but for the high price per night seems underwhelming
Generally friendly & smiling staff, nice swimming pool with pool bar & activities, clean rooms. Water refill options everywhere and less plastic.
Overpriced food items e.g. 1 slice of an average cake for over $10 which is more expensive than some of the best cake slices in Singapore. Kitchen was super slow in cooking. No real beach. From Spa staff to some of the activities staff, all have little respect for appointments & time.

Very Good
Excellent customer service, comfortable bed and breakfast very good.
Prices inside the resort for food and drink are extremely expensive, especially for Indonesia. They also don't allow outside food delivery and there are not many food options nearby.

Besides very friendly staff they often misunderstood us and ended up bringing wrong things or not being able to help swiftly.
